I’m currently a Senior Product Designer at ITV in the ITVX streaming department. I work with the Core Experience product team to align business goals and prioritise high impact work. Designing the ITVX app for Smart TV, browser and mobile devices, ensuring we deliver value for our millions of daily users and driving revenue for the business.
Leading collaboration from early stages of design discovery, facilitating workshops, producing high fidelity designs in Figma, user testing with real users, all the way through to delivery and launch of new features, I strongly believe a valuable product designer’s role is in bridging the gap of good UX with business strategy.
